This sand washer adopts inclination of 150 , under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool,the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, dehydrating,classifying.

Working principle of LSX Screw / Spiral Sand Washer:

When the machine is working, the material goes into the input part.  It will push the material to the output through the machine.  Surface dust and impurity are removed when the material from the input part to the output part is pushed, mixed and washed.  The final product goes out through the discharge outlet and the mud and impurity will go out through overflow part.
