RCYD PERMANET MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
Introduction:
RCYD Self-Cleaning Permanent Magnetic Separator can eliminate ferromagnetism materials that exist in bulk non- magnetic materials. It is usually fixed in head or middle of belt conveyor and discharge materials through iron-discharging belt after absorbing. Since it can protect conveyor belt and maintain normal working of crusher and grinder, this kind of iron separator is applied widely in power generation, mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal cleaning, chemical industry and so on.
RCYD self-cleaning permanent iron separator is composed of iron separator and iron-discharging device.
The iron-discharging device is made up of frame, cyclonical-pin gear speed reducer (hereinafter referred to as gear motor), driving and driven roller, supporting roller, belt pulley (chain wheel), triangle zone (chain) and discharging belt that fixed with scraper.
Work principle:
The ferromagnetism materials is lifted by magnetic field force and discharge by running belt when bulk materials pass below iron separator, and it will fall into the iron collecting box because of gravity when over magnetic range.
