KLH Horizontal Vibrating Screen
KLH series horizontal vibrating screen generate a strong linear vibration movement through two unbalanced eccentric shaft movement to complete the screening process. It is formed with screen box, screen vibration exciter, damping spring, gear, transmission device, etc. Suitable for quarry sieve ballast, also can be used for coal mining, mineral processing power and building materials ,electricity and chemical industry for products classification and dewatering.

Principle
It is formed with screen box , screen vibration exciter, damping spring, gear, transmission device, etc. Vibration exciter was formed of two eccentric shaft (active and passive) and gear pair , motor drive shaft through the triangle belt. And the active shaft gear meshing and driven passive shaft rotation, The main active and passive shaft do reverse rotation at the same time , the eccentric block produce the vibration force and cancelled out each other in 45 degree line downward direction , and in 45 degree line fold for a resulting force upward direction, therefore screen machine trajectory is a straight line . In the exciting force and material's gravity force, material in the screen surface is threw up and jump forward in linear motion, attain thus to the material screening and classification purpose . Can be used for pipeline automation operation with low energy consumption, high efficiency . structure simple, easy to maintenance.
