The debris separator is mainly composed of a box, a box liner, a disc, a transmission shaft, a speed regulating motor, a motor pedestal, a chain sprocket, and a bracket.
1. Screen box: It is welded from Q235 steel plates with different thicknesses, and has a certain strength and stiffness. It is the main component of the screen machine.
2. Lining plate: wear-resistant manganese plate, connected with reinforced bolts, easy to replace.
3. Disc: Made of thickened high manganese material, sturdy and wear-resistant.
4. Screen: There are several types of screens made of low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire, etc.
5. Speed governing motor: Refer to the operation manual of speed governing motor for use and maintenance methods.
6. Motor pedestal: When installing the motor, the connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the trial use of the new sieve machine, and must be repeatedly tightened to avoid loosening and causing accidents.
7. Transmission: Adopt wear-resistant double sprocket chain transmission, with high transmission efficiency, stable operation, and durability.
8. Support: Consisting of national standard square steel and channel steel, it supports the screen box. During installation, the support must be vertical to the ground, and the channel steel under the two supports should be parallel to each other.

working principle
The debris separator is used to separate materials smaller than the specified size. The sieve tray is of a butterfly structure, equipped with evenly distributed rotating shafts, and several sieve trays are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft. The surface of the sieve tray is painted with ceramic paint, with dual effects of corrosion prevention and wear resistance. The rotating shaft is driven and rotated by the driving device. After the material enters the device, the material larger than the screen disk gap is transported from above the screen disk to the next process, and the material smaller than the screen disk gap falls from the gap into the lower collection belt, which is transported out of the device. In addition, the debris separator can also be equipped with multiple fans, greatly improving the separation effect of light substances.
