Introductions of Vibrating Feder

General Introduction:

ZSW & GZD Series Vibrating Feeder is mainly used for coarse crushing, continuously and evenly feeding before the crusher, while screening fines, to increase crushing capacity. Especially in the feeding of heavy crushing construction equipment, it has been used greatly! Features and Advantages: linear trajectory, stable vibration, special rack design, adjustable to prevent trash material clogging rack space.

During processing, ZSW vibrating feeder can send various materials into the crushers continuously and evenly, at the same time, it can screen fine material to increase the crusher ability. The machine adopts double eccentric shaft vibration exciter, and the vibrating feeder can support impact force. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal ore, building material, chemical industry, etc.

Dust pollution can be prevented when the closed structure of the fuselage is used. \

The installation, commissioning,  maintenance of the vibrating feeder:

1, if the vibrating feeder is used for ingredients and dosing, it should be installed horizontally in order to ensure the uniform and stability of feeding and prevent the gravity flow of the material. The vibrating feeder can be installed down-dip to 10°for continuous feeding of the general material. It can be installed down-dip to 15°for the viscous material and the material with too much moisture. 

2, the feeder installed should be horizontal and left a travel clearance of 20mm. Flexible connections should be used for the suspension. 

3, before the empty test, all bolts should be solidified especially the anchor bolts of the vibrating motor which should be tightened again for continuous operation of 3-5 hours. 

4, the two vibrating motors must rotate during the test. 

5, during the feeding operation, you should always check the stability of the amplitude, current and noise. Stop the machine in time if abnormal cases occur. 

6, fill the bearings of the motor with oil every two month. In the hot season, lubricant should be filled once a month.
